The phrase cards, browser audio and quizzes are free to use without signing up or accepting optional usage statistics. Quiz answers are not linked to your name or email. Browser speech uses voices available on your device; your device or browser provider may process the phrase to produce audio under its own privacy terms.
Visitors do not need to log in or provide their name or email. This version does not collect sign-up details.
We ask before using optional browser storage for statistics. If you accept, we store a random browser identifier and record visits, with timestamps and a random session identifier. We use consent as the lawful basis to understand and improve the app. These are pseudonymous browser counts, not a reliable count of individual people: shared devices, new tabs, cleared storage and different devices can affect results. We do not use these records for advertising.
Our application statistics do not save IP addresses, precise location, typed phrases or recordings. Hosting providers may separately process IP addresses and request information to deliver and secure the service. Events are automatically removed from active storage after 90 days. Choose Privacy settings on the home page and No thanks to stop future optional tracking, remove the local statistics identifier and request removal of records tied to that identifier. If storage is cleared first, we may no longer be able to identify those records; they still expire after 90 days.
We do not include advertising or third-party analytics scripts in this app. Infrastructure supplied by your hosting or browser provider may have its own technical processing.
The app is hosted through GoDaddy and its infrastructure providers. Usage events are held in the app's private server storage, outside the public website files. Dashboard access requires an administrator password. Authorised Stratosvale LTD administrators and hosting providers supporting the service may have access where necessary. We do not sell personal information. Some provider processing may take place outside the UK; contact us for information about the providers and transfer arrangements relevant to your data. This app does not send marketing emails.
Security controls include HTTPS for the live site, restricted admin sessions and limited login attempts. Hosting backups and technical logs, if retained by the hosting provider, follow that provider's arrangements. Contact us about access or deletion requests involving these systems.
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal information, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful beforehand. Email info@topsaverdeals.co.uk. We may need proportionate information to verify your request. We do not make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects.

Children can use the learning features without providing contact details. We do not ask children to provide contact details. We will update this notice when the service or its data use changes.
